Charlie Dunbar Broad (called C.D. Wide) (30 December, 1887 - 11 March, 1971) was an English philosopher known for his thorough and objective analysis within works like Scientific Thought (1930) & ''Examination of McTaggart's Philosophy'' (1933).

Charlie Broad was natural within London, England and educated at Dulwich College and Cambridge University. He earned his chair around philosophy at Cambridge around 1933.
